I called Rooms4Kids while searching for an affordable but decent quality loft bed for my 6 year old son. After speaking with Kyle, an owner of Rooms4Kids, I bought a loft bed with stairs for my son for his birthday, sight unseen. I was a little nervous, but it could not be any worse than what we purchased in the past and paid almost the same amount for bunk beds and a dresser for my girls. It turned out to be a great decision! This is now by far the best quality piece of furniture we have in our house, and definitely the best value for what we paid! The soft close drawers, solid wood construction and beautiful finish, not to mention the extremely professional install on his actual birthday! By the end of this year I plan to buy a whole room of furniture for my oldest daughter who just moved into her own room. read more

Excellent quality and excellent service. We initially bought a bunk bed last year and when it arrived to our place we realized that our ceiling was too high, so our kid could stand up and jump on it... We called R4K and we were able to change the whole set by the next day. They were very understanding of the situation and provided us with excellent service. We will definetly go back there for our second one. Our girl loves her furniture!

We luckily found Room4Kids website and were so excited to see their high quality beds at a reasonable price. We called right away and Kyle (owner) helped us find the right bed for our children right over the phone. Kyle even drove down personally and installed the bunk bed. Kyle and his crew were professional and friendly and we are very happy that we found them. I was nervous ordering a bed without seeing it first, but the quality was great and I know we will have these beds for a very long time!

Update: I came back on 10/29 and purchased the bed and mattress. The salesman was very thorough in helping us decide on what to get. The only sore spot is the delivery mishap. The bed was to be delivered between the hours of 10 and 1. I rushed home in bad weather only to not receive a call or email the entire time. I happened to call and try to get it sorted out. I think maybe the delivery time was overlooked but they did finally bring and assemble the bed some time after 4:30 pm. My daughter is very happy with the bed and loves the storage. Overall, although it was a one off with my situation, I would refer people here. Prior reviewI came in here at about 15 after 4 on Sunday, October 25, 2015. I was ignored the entire time I was there. I was not greeted (although I know the sales people were busy) nor acknowledged. I came there with the full intent of purchasing a loft bed for my four year old. I wandered around aimlessly before deciding to leave. The sales guy walked right past me to speak to another couple. It would help for someone to say, "Be with you in a moment." I felt invisible.
