Here at Rooms4Kids, we manufacture all of the kids’ bedroom furniture that we sell. And that means more opportunity to add interesting and valuable features to our kids’ beds – like built-in storage, shelving, and desks that make the most of your space and give kids’ rooms a fun, unique twist on tradition.
Check out these four kids’ bed styles that have seriously awesome built-ins:
Kids’ Bunk Bed with Staircase and Storage
Bunk beds with storage underneath and in attached staircases.
Our bunk beds are popular among families who want to get the most storage from their kids’ bedroom furniture. Not only do these kids’ beds offer built-in staircases with steps that double as drawers (ladders available in lieu of staircases), but they can also be configured with storage drawers underneath the bottom bunk. And surprise – tucked behind the staircase is a bonus shelving unit.
Student Loft with Desk and Staircase
The student loft has two kids’ beds with built-in desk and storage shelves.
Student loft beds are an alternative to traditional bunk beds. We’ve rotated the bottom bunk to make room for a built-in desk on the side, a five-drawer storage system, and additional shelving behind the storage drawers. Depending on your needs, the loft bed can include a ladder or staircase to reach the top bunk (staircases include five additional storage drawers).
Sideways Kids’ Bed with Captain’s Storage
The Sideways Bed offers six drawers underneath and a side of shelving.
Our Sideways Bed breaks tradition with a new perspective on kids’ bedroom furniture. We’ve replaced the traditional headboard with shelving on one side of the bed and captain’s storage drawers underneath. Even better, these built-in shelves and storage can be configured differently to work with the space you have.
Captain’s Bed with 6-Drawer Storage
The Captain’s Bed offers generous storage on the underside.
When we created The Captain’s Bed, we wanted to take traditional kids’ beds and build them better. So we made room for more storage underneath the bed, which comes in 3-drawer, 6-drawer, or single-drawer units. It’s perfect for rooms with limited storage space, vacation homes, or grandparents’ homes that need extra accommodations for the kiddos.
